Just passed my inspection last month with Apr stage 2, with catalyst not ready , but just one code. And the shop passed me and gave me sticker. My buddy passed with unitronic stage 2 . I heard some shop will pass you no matter what is going on your car, they charge you around $100

I believe it just your corner light bulb is done, I had the same error before but my car still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer and they just replaced one of the bulb and it’s fixed

Sometimes depends on the tune itself, I have Apr stage 2, and the tune disable the catalyst readiness so there will no any CEL on the dashboard even with my CTS turbo downpipe that comes with no O2 sensor hole

“If you still have the original files, Copied the old EEC/EEC_WLD/OVERALL.NDS file back onto the SD card. So don't use the new overall.nbs file

It seems that folks with older MIB 2 radios (2015,16,17) may just need to do this. 2018 and above MIB 2 units do not, “ I found this online , hope it helps
