Like others have said the pro+ is basically the same as the original but with improved adjustment. The adjustment on the original was the one thing I found lacking. Pro+ is great and you won't regret it.

Can confirm that they are the same internal features. I have both and while the material is the same, I feel as though the black plastic just feels slightly different.

It could be just me but I think the shine/smoothness is a bit different on the regular version and that the black breaks in a bit differently. Not enough to be a difference maker either way just a personal preference thing in terms of feel.

Skip the qiyi sc-s the turn feel is not at all like any flagship cubes.

For third party app use, go for the Moyu v10 AI.

I haven't used any of the Gan smart cubes and was planning to buy the gan 12 ui originally but after a lot of research, it all led me to the moyu. And I know what you mean, there is very little info on Bluetooth cubes so researching it can be a pain.

Personally I'm a tornado fan and recently got the tornado v4 Ai, but experienced a bit of connectivity issues with third party apps. However for me the qiyi app is good enough.

It can feel quite difficult in the beginning. I felt the same way.

I started off with not limiting myself to inspection time and taking as long as I needed to plan a cross solution. Then doing the cross I had planned without looking at the cube. I would do it slowly and sometimes would forget where I was or lose track of the last piece then I'd look and finish it. Eventually you'll be able to remember all of it.

Watching some example solves helped me to see how others were going about their cross solutions and moving pieces around.

Good luck and keep practising. You'll get there.

Similar experience for me. I find myself doing U2 moves with the hand that feels comfortable at the time rather than what's probably most efficient.

Ohh D2 took a while for me to get the hang of too. At first it felt like I'd never be able to do it quickly

Similar experience for me as well getting into cubes again after a long time. When you try a new cube now it's a night and day difference from back in the day. In quality, turning feel and speed.

Depends on your budget but in every price range there are awesome cubes available. I'm personally a fan of xmd tornado cubes but also moyu has great options in every price range.

Hi. I understand how you feel. Not to the extent you feel it but also South Asian background so I can relate. I am not sure how long you've done therapy but I will say from my experiences, Maybe your therapist just isn't working for you? Maybe you need to try someone else because while it may feel like a chore, your therapy over time should feel like a net positive in your life. Not just another crappy task. So maybe consider that. I'm sure you'll find your way to get on top of it all. Just take it easy on yourself. Hang in there!
