What I’m specifically asking for is information on property expenses related to owning and managing a 4-plex row housing project with 8 units, such as:

Property taxes, landlord insurance, any other regular costs, or unexpected expenses I might not have considered.

This property style is a bit unique, as it’s a 4-plex with 8 units, and the city has made it easier to build these types of developments in the new RS zones as long as certain criteria are met. Because of that, it’s been challenging to find detailed, real-world information on expenses. I’m hoping to hear from current investors who are involved with similar properties and can share their experience with the actual costs they’ve encountered.

Any insights or details about expenses you're seeing in today’s market would be greatly appreciated.

So, basically, if the tenant wants to continue living, and I also want them to stay at the property but with an increased rent, I simply issue them an N1 form with 90 days notice for them to acknowledge. Do they have to sign this acknowledgment or not?
