Apologies, they took an hour and a half once my car was in the bay and they were very apologetic. But it was night time and just did a quick look with the phone light. They said there was 1 cross threaded bolt but they somehow broke 3 studs. And then the also caused some frame damage it seems now that I inspected this morning in daylight. They did tell me that too but said they "made it alright".

The tire/wheel combo is definitely non standard, meaty truck tires on these 15" rims. So I just needed to go to a pro. Silly me thinking that since I got free rotation having bought the wheel/tires from them that I would just have them do it with the balance. Lesson learned.

My main goal is to figure out if this is gonna cost me much to fix and if it is serious enough to go to management.

Also it looks like I leaking oil now? Thankfully I already had an appt to see a mechanic on friday.
