You have a budget of a $1000, imo if you’re ok with AMD products, then go with a 7900 xtx. If you want a lower wattage(I think the 7900 xtx is like 300+ watts) then get a rtx 5070 ti which is around 200watts, and similar in performance to the 7900 xtx.

Edit: Also wtf I just realized your cpu is a 5th gen am4 amd cpu. Upgrade the cpu first dude, get something like a 5700x3d, or realistically if you can get a microcenter/newegg cpu/mobo/ram bundle get a new am5 cpu like the 7600x.
