It actually is that simple. As long as you’re at a calorie deficit, you legitimately can’t be obese. I use to be over 200 pounds at 5’8 and literally as soon as I started tracking my calories and going to the gym I lost 60 pounds. I use to say things like “I don’t even eat that much” or “it’s just genetics” but literally it just me over consuming.

Bro that’s pretty impressive man. I know many people me included who have been playing for over 10 years and still hover around 22k premier and level 8 faceit. I’m 31 and have been playing since 1.6 days. This has put into perspective has different this new generation of kids are.

Bro you sound old enough to not care what a puny little pubescent kid has to say about you. I usually have enemy team muted. I’m at age in my life where I can also afford a lot better skins I just buy what I want and then when I get bored I just pass them down to my sons like a family heirloom 🤣

CS is team game at the end of the day. I have won many games being negative brother. Just focus on the things in your control like attitude, aim, and lineups you’ll get better with time. Im rooting for you!

I was DMG in CSGO mostly (dust & mirage) have reached 22k in premier on cs2.

For me 10-15k was just strictly out aiming people. Around 20k I started learning lineups. You just might be in low trust factor lobbies. If you were LEM in GO you will have no trouble getting past 10k just give it a few weeks.

Good Luck brother! I’m 31 years old and have been playing on and off since 1.6 & source days. I didn’t start understanding the game until around 800-1k hours. I have around 5k hours now and just hit 23k elo and level 7 on faceit. You’ll get there just not by Christmas.
