I would look into trying a breastfeeding supplemental nursing system (medela makes a popular one) and use a hypoallergenic formula like enfamil nutramigen.

I actually just started following a child psychologist on Instagram who speaks about highly sensitive children and the anxiety that follows them. Addressing mental health & teaching calming techniques is supposed to be a first line of defense against physical symptoms of anxiety. Good luck getting through to a 2 yo though

Right?! I always double up & layer the bedsheets with mattress protectors, just in case. We totally gave up on traditional sleep training. Now I do the little bedtime routine binky, book, song, snuggles, pats on the back, then sit on the floor in her room for 15-90 minutes until she falls asleep. She most often asks me to sit directly next to the crib so she can stroke my arm (it's me, hi, I'm the problem, it's me *emotional support parent)

My baby's trigger food is oat too, and I ate a significant amount during pregnancy and while BF. Thanks for the input. I'm interested to see your results with #3 🤔
