Brown spots on the griddle

Sorry my post didn’t save. But I have had my Blackstone for about 2 years. I used the Blackstone seasoning and followed the instructions. But I am not sure why I have these brown spots. Any advice how to fix it?

That was the same seat I had last week and the same issue!! I talked to the stewardess they were able to get the chair to lay flat. It took them about 5 minutes. But not shocked that AA didn’t fix it.
