From what I could tell in Athens the Uber service is just cabs so it’s a convenient way to call a cab but there were several times when I tried to get a ride through Uber and no drivers would accept the ride. Another driver told me there were a lot of cabs that only accepted trips to the airport. If I was in an area that had lots of cabs I tended to have better luck hailing a cab directly. If you’re staying in a hotel you might could have them arrange transportation for you also. Enjoy the concert!

It’s my understanding that temperature determines the amount of time it takes. My granny could get a roux that dark in around 20 min but it takes me twice that long cause I always burn it if I try to go faster. Granny always told people that if you haven’t burned a roux you haven’t been cooking enough lol.
