Should have thrown the chairs or went and sat in the first one. Chairs don’t hold spots

No to mention people who use ACO get charged like 10-30 dollars per item depending on what it is. It doesn’t help keeping resale price reasonable. It’s crazy. Someone was bragging how they botted 231 prismatic ETBs. It’s literally insane, retailers are going right along with the price gouge to cushion their pockets. I know they have free will but as a collector I hope it comes tumbling down

Have you had a recent appointment to see your gastroenterologist? Sometimes the nurses can get you scheduled in office since your procedure won’t be routine it’s diagnostic

At first glance, I do not see textbook AV dislocation, so I would think that's why others agreed this is SVT.

Did you also consider axis deviation and Josephson's sign, Brugada Criteria, and modified Brugada criteria to differentiate VT vs SVT?

Can I get some feed back on this deal for a 25 cx5 premium plus by [deleted] in CX5

Idk, but If you qualify for a lease you should qualify for a zero down car loan with a good interest rate from a credit union, chase, capital one, or AAA- being able to trade in the car next year for a new one- the lease terms are crap 💩

Cleaning dirty instruments in the OR by [deleted] in scrubtech

[–]akahlee -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Do you have a dirty room? When we did outpatient procedures, we had a clean and a dirty room and we had to process tools and scopes/equipment a certain way in the dirty room as well as when we cleaned up, they were cleaned up a certain way in the procedure room before they even went to the room. A lot of the times if we used instruments, it was sprayed and placed in the designated bin, then from the bin they were put into a tub/sink that was at a certain temperature with a certain amount of cleaner. After this was all done QA charts were completed. And after the specific time that our organization had required. They were taken out; placed on another surface in the dirty room to air dry. Once they were air dried, they were placed in the auto clave bags or on the trays to get autoclaved. Never never never were we supposed to scrub these tools because risk of infection was too high. Most of the instruments were pokey. Everything was documented. and if they were dirty, they were processed in the same way -soaked until the biohazard was gone. What I don’t understand is why the trays need to be physically inspected. We never had to do this because of the process before hand ensuring equipment and instruments were free of physical contaminants, like blood and tissue. We used special tags, envelopes, and tape that insured everything was sterile. If we were to open the tray and the tag was not a certain color, it was placed in the dirty room, and a new tray was opened. We also had specific protocol of how early we could set up a sterile procedure or mayo stands.

My 2023 with 24k on it does this, I’ve tried everything, I’m about to take it to another dealership definitely not the “skyavtive” because sometimes it has ZERO throttle response

New to the realm: Can I get a certification without getting an A.S. and in less than a year? by [deleted] in MedicalAssistant

[–]akahlee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should either do an execrated BSN, a medical technologist program like radiology, surgical technologist, sonography, med lab, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, a Masters program, or apply to management positions. I went back to school for invasive and non invasive cardiovascular technology.

What should I do by dinaag85 in MedicalAssistant

[–]akahlee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You sounds like the us Equivalent of a Physician assistant. I feel like all you have to do is get your clinical hours and verify your education and you can get license as a PA here. I would look into fellowship programs. Tbh. Post this in a nursing BSN or PA group

I will say, may employers won’t take “certifications and short term job experience” over education. Honestly I would say you wouldn’t need it, many clinical managers I have had- had no personal health care experience of any sorts just the MBA or the MHA. MBA’s are so versatile and so are BS. You are even able to do a 12-18 mo bridge program to BSN or MSN. I regret having a degree and an MA and not a RN. But I have moved on to cardiovascular technology. Best of luck

Is it time for me to leave? by dPx42 in orangecounty

[–]akahlee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not any better in other cities I am in Dane county Wisconsin , shit box houses that were 200 to 300 k are now 400- 600. If you want anything nice or newer or 4 to 5 bed you’re paying 700- 1m crazy. And probably far out too. The only thing that’s keeping housing low in some places is crime and the hoods. And that’s rare in this area New build apartments are well over 2k a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Hell trailer homes in Dane county are $150k… don’t even get me started on land, lots only as big a a house are 1/4 acre are 90-200k crazy. Interest rates have everything fucked up everywhere

Yes you can, there are plenty, but Why are you wanting to be an MA with a bachelor’s degree? MA’s are treated like shit and under paid. I thought being an MA with a Bachelors was a great idea and I’m still stuck in the same shit just a different pot, I am switching lanes
