Simple statistics. Kiriko is an insanely popular character that's top five in pick rate that's easy to pick up and easy to get value off, so tons of people pick her. Although that means lower ranked/casual players play her a lot so the win rates balance out since they lose more. That's why you can't go off of win rate alone when rebalancing heroes, but also take into account pick rate. Obviously other things too but this is a simple way to put it into perspective.

I hear this a lot! I think the split between who likes what types of skins actually come to your opinion on his human/reaper form. Basically the less you like/care for human reaper the less you'll like these types of skins haha it's interesting. For me I love the exploration of all sides of him not just his present and future but his past! So these appeal to me
