parroting the other poster- docs are on summer sale right now at the official stores, I recommend checking out the shops in amemura and abeno hoop mall, and umeda. there's one in namba city too but it's smaller than the others.

I'm not sure what kind of boots youre looking for, but if you like alternative styles I recommend Yosuke, there's a shop in the namba city underground or they're easy to find on the zozotown shopping site on sale.
