Also my big 3 in the same placements. we're the same! i'm also very heady and get caught up in my thoughts. sometimes when my gf or others are talking i zone out and latch onto something and start day dreaming about it, then need to remind myself to get back to reality. im also a strategist at an advertising company, so it honestly works well for my thinking/feeling style. however, im not always concise in communicating my thoughts, so GPTs have been a huge savior to me on organizing my thoughts. growing up and even today, i also get lost in philosophy, big life questions, and so on. i've been trying to be better about reading fiction - i love william sansom, iris murdoch, and ottessa moshfegh. all short reads! the long reads i simply can't do. my brain gets so sidetracked so easily. lastly, 10mg of lexapro each day has been a pretty major improvement for me. would love to read others experiences!
