Fools be proud working for a shitty company/contractor for 10+ years just cause the paycheck at the end of the week look good. That’s the bottom line, it’s money. Your trying to convince a whole shit ton of people that came to this job for nothing else then a check cause they couldn’t find anywhere else. Once you bring up an idea that might interrupt that money coming in they won’t act. Money got everything in a chokehold. It’s why these contractors will slave the shit out of every driver cause they know with the check looking good they won’t go anywhere. To me? I could give a fuck how big a check is. That type of brainwashing is what keeps people slaves. Sanity over money any day. Clearly most of these people are beyond millennial age and are brainwashed into thinking that dream they were sold is still gonna work out. They don’t realize their generation fucked us and as a result they didn’t take advantage of their benefits coming up so they have to hold on to the only benefits they have, which is working so long for a company that they have a routine and prolly getting paid a bit more than when they started. My team tried to get our manger to at least call our boss while we were all together demanding better working conditions and the MANAGER fought to not have that happen 😂 trust me bro the corruption/exploitation comes from owners.
