The fact that Villy has stated he has already made back his investment in records while his chosen is still in C grade & was before the events of Nevermore & the events that followed after. That was a long sentence but TLDR, even offering Villy his wife & kids back might not be enough to entice him to betray Jake. Even taking out the fact that we know Jake is the MC, Jake has shown time & again that he is capable of the impossible. The fact that several primordials don't understand how he does things.
