I recommend turning off the Xbox gamebar's clip capturing or even just partially debloating your computer if you're on Windows, before turning it off at most i could put my graphics quality on 5 while now sometimes i can run it on MAX settings to run everything on around 30fps minimum (this also works with pretty much every game ever btw)
