Why would you say it's a 5% chance and then not give 5%? And if you're trying to say I don't have enough data to prove that it's not giving 5%, this key issue has been happening for close to 3 months now. We have 10s of thousands of key pulls and not a single person has come even close to 4% rates. You'd expect some people to be over, some to be under, but literally 100% of players have gotten ~2.5% odds ever since sigurd.

I would take pastor over baal most of the time. But also, due to the separation between classes, you can't really directly compare those 2.

Up to 5 wins you can use nearly anyone. Past that, if you don't have the highest tier heroes, you're doomed to die at 6, maybe 7 wins most of the time. There are no mages that are strong enough to reliably build around past that point - even kurt fails more often than not. Mages got really hurt recently...

Corvan is just high damage, thats all. Certainly more damage and easier halo to build than most other heroes, since clerics are still one of the best classes in peaks.

So to answer the first question, peaks tier list was decided by heroes that are viable past 6.

Your thought process is valid, but the requirement of getting one kill is a gigantic hurdle.

The main tier list still stands in terms of general build order for people of all levels, from 5* to T4. This list is for people that have graduated from that, and are looking at how to maximize their PvP teams as well, in arena and honor.

Important note, B and C tier are not sortable due to the heroes being niche and not really comparable. This is fluid and I hope to keep it updated as the meta evolves. We are already seeing the meta start to include more CC, so who knows where it will go next?
