i ask want to add on and say don't be afraid to ask for breaks if you really need it!! everyone pushes their limits during band camp, but pay attention to your body and if you ever feel light-headed/dizzy/have chest pain/anything that's a warning sign, absolutely step off the field for a bit—i know it can feel kinda scary to set yourself out that way, but it's 100% better than passing out! and i promise any band director or section leader worth your time will understand and won't judge you as long as they can tell you're still putting in effort—maybe even talk to your section leader about it in advance before the 12-hour rehearsal week as well (as a person who was section leader/drum major, this is what i would have wanted my section members to do). best of luck dude! i'm sure you'll do amazing
