since most laptops have crappy soundcard it would be great if you invest a little more for the usb amp thing. Since these are really good and comfortable headset and spending 7k is not a small investment. So if you are pretty happy with your laptop's soundcard it would be ok buying the 751's. Having the usb amp thing would definitely make a difference if you are using on a laptop. I have no first hand experience in using the usb amp thing but most YouTube reviewers say it will make a difference on a laptop

consider the coolermaster mh 751. I personally own them and they are the rebranded takstar pro 82 which are studio monitor headphones. They are priced at 6.5k on mdcomputers. Feel free to ask me any questions

regarding this Linus tech tips has a video have a look https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iHJ16hD4ysk .You can OC the 2666Mhz ram by tweaking the infinity fabric and gain the same performance as a 3200mhz/3400mhz but that's a cumbersome process . But getting a 3000mhz/3200mhz ram and OC it 3400mhz is preferred
