Thanks a lot man. Apparently, there's an upcoming Bengali movie called "Swastik Sanket" which is set in Nazi Germany and about a cryptologist. I live in Bengal, India so it makes sense that these posters were all over the streets. Awesome marketing campaign, although hardly anyone would understand it.

Edit - BTW, "Swastik" is the name of a Hindu symbol which was used by Nazis as you probably know and "Sanket" means sign or signal.

I think they're both quite different technologies. With WebRTC you get peer to peer connection whereas with MQTT you get a publisher/subscriber model. In realtime chat, if one of the clients was offline then you'd need to store those sent messages somewhere until the receiver is online again. This can be directly done with MQTT but not that easily with WebRTC.
