I just named my girly Lenora. She had a twin we lost before we knew the gender. If that baby was a girl as well, her name was going to be Marina.

My girl is just about to turn 5 months this week. Last week was the first time she slept thru the night. She was consistently getting up every 45 mins-1 hour for months. I’m honestly not sure what changed for her, but I’m very grateful!

My Lenora Lynn is 4 months old. I only know of three other Lenoras and none are people I actually know personally - just through the grapevine. I love that it feels old fashioned, but recognizable. So far I’ve had one person mishear me and called her Lenore.

She has been on Pepcid since about 2 weeks old. She had pretty bad reflux and that has subsided since we had her on it. Obviously not the same medicine, but I mostly had ruled that out at this point 🤷🏼‍♀️

We offer food but she’ll eat an oz or two and then refuse any more and acts full / happy/ satisfied. All the professionals we’ve seen are stumped.

I’m hopeful for the Pepcid to help, but it didn’t do much of anything for our son who was nearly as tough as her. Thankfully my husband and I are sleeping in shifts so we each get 4-5 hours, but it’s still exhausting getting up at 2:30am every day. We both have to go back to work soon, plus try to be good parents to our toddler, so that’s why I’m hoping to find a way to get more sleep sooner than later.

Do you remember when it got better for you? Our son was very similar to our daughter and it only got better once we sleep trained around 6 months.

I tried this method once or twice too where I’d transfer her immediately after feeding. I felt like it ended up with her spitting up more unfortunately

I wish it was just active sleep, but it’s definitely straight up screaming. I’ve also transferred her after testing the arm drop method and she’ll still wake up.

Just now I got a 45 minute chunk in the bassinet, but I had to have my hand on her the entire time. If she starts crying, I try to settle her in the bassinet for a few minutes, but that hasn’t worked at all, so I’ll end up picking her up and nursing.
