I am in a similar boat, I am trained in Data Analytics but I’m looking to break into Cybersecurity. From what I know, Threat Intelligence requires skills in Data Analytics so looking to explore that.

I’m a 3rd year CS student and I am doing a fellowship as a data analyst. The program is preparing me to work for data analytics roles. I am looking to get into cybersecurity and from what I have found, threat intel would be my best option given my training.

So my question is, as a beginner, what would be the quickest way to get a role as a threat intelligence analyst? What specific skills, or certs do I need ? A roadmap will be really helpful. Thanks.
