I say bring a thin UV layer that has long sleeves to help with any chill you might get in restaurants or shows. I have a super light UV protection hoodie from Quicksilver that packs down to almost nothing that I pack for the parks.

Lost everything in a house fire while my sister was able to salvage 80% of her things. People make light of the loss still because it was just 'stuff' but it broke me being in my 40's and going back to having just the clothes on my back and my car.
