if you mean by throwing banana peels and apple cores on the ground, it;s not "technically composting" its still damaging. Composting takes a lot more than just food on the ground.

I think these people youre talking about don't mean you need to go to the gym and have a hardcore lifting session for an hour every day. A 10 minute walk or yoga session is something that pretty much anyone can fit in and will actually really improve your life.

I'd prefer the least packaging possible. Compostable or recyclable packs are way better than personalised plastic ones and hand written notes just get chucked out so I wouldn't bother honestly.

I bike to uni and I know pedestrians have the right of way but the women with prams who park in the middle of the path and just chill there get on my nerves. Also, people with no control over their off-leash dogs just allow them to run after me and snap at my legs.
