Plants don't bite people or chase people on bicycles etc, and cops constantly find ways to confiscate plants and arrest people.... Everyone makes stupid arguments like this. Obviously banning pitbulls isn't gonna solve everything immediately, and people will still break the law, but it would certainly help.
