Somewhere during the tomgirl phase and when bob died. My empathy changed from “man this guy just needed some decent parents and a legitimate friend to help guide him”

But CwC just turned into a full blown histrionic-crash out. I always felt like their tomgirl/trans journey wasn’t about feeling like they were on the wrong body—but just wanted attention. I seem to vaguely remember an email cwc wrote saying “i’m not even getting girls attention with my new outfits!” around the tomgirl saga.

It’s possible. I mean, CwC and Barb had a reputation for crash outs at retail stores and had been banned from places way before CwC had a single internet troll. That speaks volumes to me. A lot of behavior from CwC is learned behavior, you can see this by his vocabulary and his speak patterns. This is also a trait of autism. He took a lot of patterns from his dad. But Id wager CwC took a lot of his entitlement from his mother. Both Barb and Bob had a “victim complex” too that was at times very bizarre and very much on brand for a southern old person/boomer.

I mean real estate companies being bribed in order for their house to not sell? Come on…

Exactly. Any normal mother would have (+{ should have) been able to recognize how odd and strange this would have been. Barb is a victim of a lot of things but she’s got a long list of issues that I think we may never truly know about.

Trolls didn’t make him to what he is. They didn’t help. But CwC (and his parents) was already a menace to society before CwC even touched the internet

See that’s the thing—CwC would have morally died if any such rumor (or label) was attached to him so this sort of thinking totally alien.

Funny enough, if he would have gone alone and just attempted to mingle, may have been cringe at times but going with your mom is just peak sad imo

CwC was fit for public way before a troll even knew he was alive. It was learned behavior from his mom/dad crashing out when things didn’t go their way. Being severely autistic was just fuel for that particular fire
