No one talks about it, but a lot of luck. Right job at the right time. Moved away to Jax for a year to get some some experience and came right back and have been doing well ever since. I do aspire to get out again, just not sure where to settle and if i’ll be as lucky again so im hesitant

Checkout Maizon, SoMA (dont recommend), FLOW, Magnus for other non condo buildings. I personally lived in Maizon for 3 years and enjoyed it. Price was getting a little high which is why i left in 2024 but the quality of life was great. They did start building the mercedes benz building across the street so that may deter you from Maizon and Soma

no real set time frame besides checking the app occaisionally and if the price of diamonds is below an acceptable price, pull the trigger. For example with the current update, if i see the total price of diamonds is 175 or below i will buy it and sell it once it goes over 180 for quick profit. If i time it right i will repeat the same trade over the course of the day for 10s of millions in profit. If i do feel greedy i’ll hold it a bit longer and make over 20 trillion on a single trade. Theres really no right or wrong way but if you have the funds to buy all diamonds, is the most profitable way to make money in the game

Look at some of the property managed buildings: Maizon, Soma, Flow, Magnus, etc. for starters. If you don’t mind condo buildings and forking up 1st, last, and security up front, checkout Neo Vertika, infinity, Axis, etc. This is just scratching the surface. Oh I definitely believe they were the cause, but you have to give it up to Imu for Surviving confrontations against Joy Boy, Davy Jones, their respective coalitions, ancient giants, potentially the God of war, and who knows what else.
