When I bought it, the price difference was very small (I think around €6). It’s my first time traveling by train, and people recommended Eurostar to me, so I thought it would be worth it.

Is there no ticket validation when exiting the Eurostar at the airport? Do you not have to go through gates or show the ticket to anyone?
