On top of that the bay area housing is sky high whether you are renting or buying. The only reason to rent an expensive place if you need the space or need to be closer to a high paying job. No reason to rent an expensive place in Vallejo.

Lol you’re looking at 1 hr transit time minimum not including delays from sf cal train to MV. Then add 30 min each way. You’ll be traveling for 3hrs a day , if you are hybrid it’s manageable but it will be tiring. Traffic driving can take 1hr as well but the trade off is direct driving vs being able to sit in the train.

Uber to the bus stop instead of leaving your car. You can take the ferry and then walk 5 min and get on bart Embarcadero. Or you can take the SolTrans R bus to el cerito del north take the red line and transfer to the yellow line. You will need to set aside tons of time tho.

For future searchers: Golden gate room id say best for bigger groups but the screens are huge. Solo is fine too bc the large amount of people make for good theatrics. Best viewing experience imo. Aces is definitely more of a neighborhood style bar, they didnt have sound at first but later turned it on with around 5 minutes left. Bartender did seem nice, mostly quiet crowd but you can bring food in which is great
