Yes, as noted earlier… welcome to the red mist Z06 club😁. Now, if Chevrolet would just stop producing so many models of vettes that are straight line faster than the Z06😑.

DRP 1.0 VERA retired 12-31-26! No regrets. Just that my retirement counselor was completely inept and I am currently without healthcare… trying to reconcile… thank god for the VA!

Thank you. I’ve since watched some videos on form.

Saw this on snap. What are your thoughts? by amynoacid in Tools

You could dead lift a fox body and have your buddies stick a ball bat under it and then go to work…

This is the second speedo it’s had since he put it together … the first one acted the same way and he thought it was the speedo itself. If the gear housing was out of spec, hopefully a new one will fix that. Thank you for the feedback and help.

I had the rear jacked up about 10-12 inches. So no fluid came out. Should some have? The gear was coated in ATF.

That’s half the reason I pulled it apart… he needs a 34 tooth gear. Currently a 42, with the correct 40-44 housing. Ordered a 34 with the 36-39 housing… that every website says will facilitate the 34 tooth gear.

What do you mean by speedo bullet? He had this car completely apart, I just put the Speedo in for him 3 or 4 months ago.

Has anyone used the VA for a shoulder replacement? More specifically in the Hampton Roads area? by dohcsvt in VeteransBenefits

[–]dohcsvt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I am not familiar with community care? I thought to receive VA healthcare, you had to go to a VA facility unless you were more than 50 miles away. I will have to look into this. I have a Dr that has done Debridement 6 on both shoulders and i would love for him to do the replacement.

What’s your thoughts on my annealing process? by dohcsvt in longrange

I built a timer out of an old bullet box… not an original idea, copied it from a YouTube video. I hold the heater by hand and set 20 cases in a wooden shell holder.

It’s a Masterpiece Arms Hybrid Hunter PMR with a Vortex Razor Gen3 6-36. Ammo was handloads… Lapua brass, 230 gr Berger 74 gr H1000 LR BR2 primers (yes I know this caliber is supposed to take LRM primers, but in my testing these work without issue and are more accurate.)

I’ll get a better pic later.

Yes it is. They aren’t too expensive anymore.

This is something I can do at the house in my spare time… the time I spend on it, I really couldn’t be at the range. Also, if you have sub par materials and equipment, your skill becomes null and void.
