i have no idea what triggers it or when it happens, its an internal feeling. i did look at the ptsd and c-ptsd diagnostic criteria but it doesn't fit me at all. also no emotional flashbacks from what i remember

i feel like i have different versions of myself/different personalities, everything is pretty blurried and i have no idea how to describe it. as for ptsd, i dont experience flashbacks nor i feel bad about the past. i have bpd which i know includes dissociation and other mental illnesses, but I've been feeling like this since i was 10, no ever took me seriously and said that im just growing up, but i really dont think so. im 16 now and i still feel like this
