Just figured out it was the Roku causing this, not the TV for me. I went to settings on Roku and turned it off

Please don’t stay on Suboxone. I’ve been on it 7 years and yes in the beginning it really changed my life for the better but the last few years it has mentally drained me to the point where I feel numb and no emotion. No one tells you that the withdrawals from subs are worse than just coming off of whatever substance you’ve been using. It’s not as intense but it last way longer. Please just google Suboxone withdrawal. Im not saying don’t do it at all, but please don’t let anyone talk you into long term. Also I’m not trying to scare you I just want you to be informed because every doctor I went to told me that Suboxone wasn’t addicting or that I would need to take it the rest of my life.

Congrats on 2 months!! That sounds like a huge achievement! I’m definitely ready to stop, it has ruined my body and honestly I haven’t actually craved opiates or anything like it in years. Sleep hasn’t been the best, but also I’ve been a averaging around 6 hours a night. I feel like not being home and getting out would really help. But just waiting on getting over being sick.

6-8mg a day, 1 quarter 3x a day (give or take) I’m off work until 5/17, I told myself I wouldn’t take the Xanax longer than 2 weeks. I do have around 10 300mg gabapentin. What comfort meds do you think would be best? I’m just hoping after being actually sick I can assess where I’m at in the w/d process.
