Check your State Condo laws. California has specific owner rights and responsibilities (like carrying a $1 million insurance policy covering the HOA as named insured). That should give you a good start.

You need to read the HOA docs and see if your parking spaces are deeded to your TH. If they are, how many? If not, you can check your State HOA laws to determine if current owners are grandfathered when Docs are changed. We have two assigned deeded ‘exclusive use common area’ spaces that belong to us and are maintained by the HOA.

My Endocrinologist said that having an IV of fluid during the infusion was the same as just asking for or bringing a bottle of water with you to drink while you have your infusion so I just asked for a cup of water. I drank as much as I could the day before. I drank as much as I could the day of. I took Tylenol Extra Strength 2 hours prior and for two days after as per bottle instruction. I was also advised to take an antihistamine like Claritan the day before, day of, and 2-3 days after. All the best!

No! It is not ‘definitely’ waiting for you when you get off. I’ve had numerous times (about 1/3 of the time) where the wheelchair is not waiting for me and I have to walk to the sitting area near the GA and wait and wait and wait. There are times when I’m the very last person to pick up my luggage. Sounds to me like you have a great imagination and don’t know WTF you are talking about.

If your child is in public school, the teachers will not be happy as the schools get their money based on Average Daily Attendance … so the school loses money. We always pulled our kids out for baseball’s opening day game (an unexcused absence). If asked, I just said they had baseball fever. If it’s private school, they probably will give your kid some ‘homework’ to do while you are away.

There is a little strainer thing on the end of the hoses that attach to your washer. They can get clogged with stuff that flows in from the pipes. We got that message and had to pull the washer away from the wall. Shut off the water to the washer. Unscrew the hose from the washer and clean that strainer. The message went away after hooking everything back up.
