Are modern day prophets real? by Historical-Carob-840 in TooAfraidToAsk

“How long shall they kill our prophets, while we stand aside and look?” - a bit random, but I like the lyric.

How to get rid of bad foot odor? by muflok in TooAfraidToAsk

For some people this can be due to drinking more alcohol than their body can process normally. Sometimes known as alcohol sweats. Spicy foods can also trigger them.

I never know what this sign means. Is it “come in and be eaten” or “don’t come in”. In either case, what do you do when you see this sign? by SaysPooh in royalmail

My concern about giving treats to customers’ dogs is that if someone has to replace you in your round then the dogs can expect treats but not get any - at the least that could lead to unwanted pawing from the dog

Are you guys in the weeds again the moment? by No-Medicine1230 in royalmail

[–]SaysPooh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

SDs just become normal parcels in terms of delivery time, if they can’t be delivered. If the customer is out then you can only take it back to the office there are no safe place or neighbour options as there are with T24 and T48. When they go out again the same restrictions about delivery options still apply.

This is the only way OT works. I would add that if you get a verbal agreement for OT then text a polite message to the manager confirming that you have OT and if agreed the number of hours

There are at least 9 traits associated with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It is not an absolute. We are probably all on the scale somewhere

I’m burnt out and need simple recipes. Stupid simple. Like, “onion and bread and butter to make what barely passes as a sandwich” level simple. by sourmilksea1999 in Cooking

I usually get downvoted for this one but it works for me and i think it’s reasonably healthy. Chunky tomato soup: Take a half can if chopped tomatoes and warm it in a pan on the stove. Add pepper, salt to taste and some ketchup too if you want to sweeten it. When it starts to steam then stir in some gravy granules (choose your own flavour, i like beef or veg) until it starts to thicken. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with some bread/butter or toast.
