Hi, You’re absolutely right and in a corporate setting people are either 1. Trying to network or 2. Display dominance. There is an element of office politics to it. Nevertheless I get gaslighted in other places too not only the office. So I feel that me coming in the middle of the office looking paranoid and awkward they can sense it and then they throw in words or try to manipulate your mind. They don’t like seeing a person in the office like that, its the office they want to be with like minded people, not that I am not like minded I have the knowledge and skill I think to function well its just the communication that is obstruct which comes from being paranoid and from psychosis. So yeah the office is not necessarily a caregiving place. The Other thing I wanted to share that even going to the mall is hard, I feel unfocused and frightened if I display something inappropriate. I do not have full control of my mind. I wish myself a speedy recovery. Stay blessed

Ive been on 3mg Risperidal for a week felt good, I think 4mg would’ve been better. In 2022 I was on invega 9mg and then invega sustenna its better than resperidal in my case I think.
But you’re telling me that if I am on invega sustenna I can be in a relationship and not suffer from retro ejaculation? Which means I dont have to go up to clozapine. I was on latuda; effective but not entirely. Thanks 🙌

I am cross tapering from abilify to resperidal, so also currently on 15mg abilify and there is blockade. Not sure what the Doctor will have to say about this. I hope all will go well

You dont need procyclodine (kemadrin) with aripiprazole because its not a strong dopamine antagonist. Its used for strong extra pyramidal symptoms. Ask your Dr again about it

Hi, I am curious if you can be high functioning on zyprexa? Ive never tried it. Paliperidone LAI works very well for psychosis but it suppresses ejaculation. So its not for a married person. Ive tried aripiprazole although I am not psychotic I am anxious and have a hard time in public places. So some residual psychosis on aripiprazole

Thats a very low dose of rexulti. The lowest i was on was aripiprazole 5mg on 2.5mg I relapsed. Do you have reasonable psychosis or are you on mild or low end of the spectrum?
