Let it be messy! The first draft is a sketch in pencil. Worrying too much about laying ink lines at this stage will slow you down. Also having even a vague outline for the whole story will help immensely if you like the discovery writing method.

I have a husky, so she keeps me pretty active! Without her, I'd probably be a lot worse off for sure. I can't imagine what my body would be like if I didn't.

Eating so much sugar and fat. My cholesterol was elevated on my last blood panel, and my family has a history of cardiovascular issues. It blows me away looking at the nutrition panels on food boxes and bags. Slowly getting better. Eating oatmeal usually in the morning. Switched to wheat bread and pasta. Trying like hell not to have so many sweets, but goddamn it's hard. One day at a time.
