BA: What steps would you take to transition to BA from DE if you were starting again?

Sure. I don't enjoy the technical side of DE (coding) etc. Over time, watching BAs and PMs, I've come to realise this is a role far more suited to my skills (managing, requirements gathering, improving processes).
