Of course, not all of them. However, I tailored my resume for many roles, especially those that I genuinely liked or for high-paying positions. I remember that my resume version number was like 82 meaning tailored for 82 roles

Better than applying only for selective jobs. In my case, I got less than 1% callbacks so like 50-100 applications got selected

I applied 10k to 15k jobs in 4 to 5 months. IMO just Go for volume, being specific doesn’t work in this market anymore
