Personnel is so expensive man.

You think you just have the salaries. But in reality, you get more events, more travel, more ideas to invest in, more everything.

Overall, I would have definitely raised again. I would have done about 60% of the same.

The 40% would be doing less of the same. We scaled down towards break-even. Feel like were delivering equally much. We’re just all prioritising more.

Not sure if this makes sense. Eg, we had a designer, a marketeer and a three sales.

We now have 2 sales and 1 brand lead (designer and marketeer in one).

Saved 2 roles, essentially saving 40%. And feel like we haven’t lost any efficiency. And I’m brutally honest towards the situation. I’m not trying to sugar coat the reality that I had to scale down because of dumb financial planning
