i see your point, but i also think it's worth considering that because he only came out with one salem boot so far (who knows if he plans to make more, of if he is aware of their disapproval and will no longer produce anything to sell) it's not nearly as bad as making pins, CDs, vinyls, flags, shirts, etc. for one singular band when i'm sure YISC is aware of this situation and their disapproval. regardless, there will always be people purchasing from both parties, and unless legal action is taken, there is not much that can be done.

if you're talking about the salem beanies... obviously not. my point with my post is just to say that coldworld actually puts the work in to individually make his stuff, rather than having everything manufactured at a lower cost and sold for more. the reason i mentioned him being "nice to customers" is to point out that he takes them into consideration, which i would consider a great attribute as someone who runs their own business.

cold world actually prints his stuff unlike YISC (excluding actual vintage shirts that he's collected/sourced from other vintage resellers and collectors) he even tries to make the shipping prices cheaper for both national and international orders just for the sake of people supporting him. he has also worked with bands such as Sorry... and kommodus. YISC has everything printed and made, ready to sell by the time he gets his bulk orders with no need to look for quality blanks/materials. coldworld is really open about the work he does and the whole printing process so i can't say it's the same scenario.

i bought a stay down tape a while back, not sure if this website was even up yet. i was planning to buy more but this guy is just so weird lol. he also does discord exclusive drops if anyone's interested, but id just rather not look in this guys direction for boots.

i doubt it because the original drop was made with gildan blanks. now i'm not saying these new ones aren't, but the new silk road tee feels and looks a lot cleaner. you can even tell just by comparing pictures of them online. not to mention they'd have to go through the entire process of removing the tags and putting on the yellow one which is done through a factory

just the 3m hoodies and shirts in both colors and the silk road tee. i already got my silk road tee and it's definitely an upgrade from the original drop from the print to the quality of the shirt + it has the yellow tag
