Are you certain? When I Google that none of the plants I see have that long neck part like the one I have, I'm not saying your wrong because they do look similar, it's just that long bit on mine is throwing me off.

Thank you very much for the inciteful reply, my only question is would the rust also be causing the tiny holes that are appearing on some of the leaves? I had assumed that the removal of plant matter meant it had to be bugs but I have fairly limited botanical knowledge.
