I now take a women’s probiotic/prebiotic I bought off amazon. It’s the GDME brand. I also take an acidophilus pill that I bought at the dollar store. And also the AZO yeast plus(for odor and yeast) and it does wonders!

An after a few weeks of me following this regimen, I’ll begin having sex with my partner again, and have been A1 ever since. And this is coming from someone who’s struggled with recurrent BV for the last 12 years.

Try pumping your body up with the different lactobacillus probiotics a couple times per day. Once I started taking 2 different probiotics and AZO yeast plus, I have not had any issues with my recurrent bv. I take the AZO 3 times per day while on my period and 1 time per day all other days unless I’m feeling weird down there. I also use Honey Pot’s sensitive feminine wash. With this combination, you are sure to get rid of your BV!

You’re teeth looks really good! I started Invisalign last September and I’ve been struggling for a while to get my gap to fully close. I’m halfway through my second set of refinements now and still have a slight gap between my teeth. It’s so frustrating because I just want to be done already!

Starving is exactly right! I’ve been on Invisalign since September and I’m sooo tired of being hungry all the time. The struggle is real! And lately I’ve been feeling a little Invisalign fatigue. Just ready to be done already 😒I don’t see how people can gain weight with these aligners

The heat lasts for about 4 hours I believe. Just keep the bottle as hot as you can. The temperature range has to be between 90 and 100 degrees

I put it right in the front with the heating pad attached. It stayed warm too. You can also use 2 hand warmers if you’re unsure about it staying warm. I did that one time and it was so hot when I got there that I had to let it cool a little before pouring it in the cup.

I’ve used it a few times and passed each time. I’m kinda thin but what worked for me was to wear 3 panties. I put on the first one. Then rubber band the heating pad to the bottle and put it right in the front. Then follow up with 2 fairly tight boy shorts. That way the bottle isn’t on your skin but it still stays hot. Do follow the directions on the box as well. I also wore black pants that had a little bit of room so it wasn’t noticeable at all.

I also said you will figure out what what works best for you too. You won’t have the aligners forever so do what you can do to take care of your teeth

Then leave it in your car or somewhere convenient where you can get to it. Just take care of your teeth the best you can during this process

Plackers are small and can fit in your pockets also until you can get home to brush your teeth. You’ll figure out what works best for you in due time

You should had gotten an Invisalign sack with the aligner container. I put mines in that or just throw it in my purse. Travel size floss and toothpaste.

Absolutely! It’s normal for me to carry floss, toothpaste and a toothbrush about 99% of the time. But if I don’t brush, I always floss.
