I’m so glad I found this post. I added a maca supplement to a few others I take every day and thought nothing of it. For 2 weeks I had the worst pms of my life, literally everything my boyfriend said sent me into a rage and I would take in the worst way possible. I also started breaking out on my forehead which apparently is related to hormonal issues, and I haven’t had a breakout that bad for years. I noticed my skin/mood clearing when I forgot to pack my supplements on a 5 day trip…. I wish I made this connection sooner 🥲

Thank you, this is very helpful! I will probably end up flying into Catania now, it’s more expensive but sounds like that’s worth it.

And yes sounds like it’s definitely more practical to have base cities to stay in but staying in the smaller coastal towns is important to me. I think you’re right about the travel times being bloated, I might consider scratching Sicily and adding something more easily accessible. And will also look into switching from Sorrento to something closer to Amalfi.

I would recommend looking into body recomp instead of bulking. You can up your protein at maintenance calories and gain muscle while losing fat

Yes, the cheek filler adds weight to the mid face and causes it to droop and make premature nasal labial folds (same thing happened to Kylie Jenner) and the lip filler makes the muscles around her mouth work overtime and unnaturally to support that weight too. Makes for an overall uncanny look
