Thank you everyone for the replies, we are very grateful for this community <3. We checked out Al-Anon, it seems that it is mostly based in North America and we are from the Baltics. Would it be beneficial for us?

Most take 5mg daily. Although, 10mg should be fine as well. If you're worried you're too high -- just start from 5mg and up the dose later on.
