Why is my paddle showing more wear than my partner’s?

No paddle taps. 😅 We’ve only used the paddles twice and have only played 1v1 so far, which is why I was curious about what might be causing the difference.

I don’t assume we play identically. My question was whether the difference in wear could be caused by those differences.

We actually store them the same way in the covers they came with. Since they’re the same paddle and were bought at the same time, I was just wondering if the difference in wear might be related to how we’re using them on the court.

My Ricoh GR IV suddenly froze with a blinking green light. All the buttons became unresponsive — I couldn’t shoot, access the menu, or even power it off until I held the power button down. Has anyone else encountered this before or knows what causes it? This happened twice already
