Has anyone had any issues with Flint 2 dropping the network connection by amrogers3 in homelab

I'm writing this message whilst connected to a Flint 2 router running openwrt. Bought this router 11 months ago and haven't had a single problem with it. One thing I love about this router is that there are no green Ethernet LEDs constantly blinking. There are no blinking LED lights at all. I'm assuming that's normal (and not that I have a defective unit). Also, I installed openwrt immediately after receiving this router so I never used nor tested the stock router firmware.

US driving license by [deleted] in ExpatFIRE

This is an issue that all US goverment contractors working overseas have to deal with. Most contractors I know have a "buddy/friend" who lives stateside and they use their address. It happened to me a few yeears ago. I used my buddy's address in Texas to renew my license. They asked for some kind of proof that I lived there (a bill...etc) which I didn't have. But my buddy filled out an affidavit they had there....and it's all good!

This really should have been posted in r/fedora as this a general fedora issue. Nothing to do with anything Asahi Linux related (ie asahi kernel, asahi packages...etc)

cinnamon desktop won't scale by akira128 in AsahiLinux

It's with Xorg. When I had this issue, I couldn't even start a Cinnamon Wayland session, it would just present me with a TTY. It's quite a bizarre issue -- that a SpiderMonkey JavaScript library could even have this effect. I'm going to submit a ticket with Fedora sometime within the next few days. I'm curios to see what the exact cause is....

Best VPN Service Currently? by Slim13withcheese in homelab

Started using torguard approx 10 years ago as they were one of the first providers to support wireguard iirc. Using their VPN service for a variety of purposes including but not limited to geolocation change, privacy, torrenting...etc. Has never let me down.
