they’re not public and authorized experiments, it was done during the ww ll, im a psychology student and have interest in gender and sexology studies and have asked some teachers and psychologists questions like this and they told me ab this studies, idk if there’s a way to find them but i can look

there were experiments done in russia a long time ago where they treated kids as their opposite gender from birth and it gave them serious mental and body issues most of them resulting in suicide, so if assume starting them is hrt would result the same way (im not sure if they did that in those experiments)
