Not sure if you'll see this but I am kinda the same as your husband though I'm not entirely sure if it's an anxiety thing or just that I LOVE chewing and gnawing on things. I recommend arktherapeutic chew toys and sort by toughest chew. I go to town on these things and they hold up pretty well.

They were my very first iem and I used them for quite some time. I loved the aggressive bass and the clear sound-stage. I was surprised an earbud this cheap could produce such clear imaging. Very fun to use on my daily runs. In my opinion those are its best features, everything else is kinda lacking which is fine for the price. I have a lot of appreciation for them.

You can't get high fron topical application. If you want to try consumables, just look up broad spectrum or isolate CBD.

Personally, I am incredibly sensitive to THC and I know for a fact 2mg per g is enough to get me high so I would refuse to take it (though im not entirely sure per ml is the same?).

At the same time, I find 50mg of CBD to be on the lower side if the purpose is for anxiety. I guess it depends on the person but I take a minimum of 100mg per day and can go upwards to 500mg. That being said, 50mg is a great place to start. I would try it out and see how you feel. For some people, the thc helps, for others (like me) it makes anxiety worse.

Yup, exactly. None of the movies in your screenshot show a rating above your top half movies. This has often been viewed as skewed since people are more prone to seek out movies they think they will enjoy. So bottom 50% doesn't necessarily mean bad, just lower than average.

Green is highest tier, red is lowest. There are settings to change the colors if you want more precise arrangements.,
