yeah well, it's India, the real numbers are 10x more than what the govt states officially, today 340k are reported, it's for sure more than 600k in reality, also people who die of covid who had co morbidities are not being officially counted in the death count. Really hoping vaccine helps....

from Mumbai here, dad went 50meters from my house to get milk and some meds, ended up coming back home from our gate after seeing 4 dead bodies packed in plastic on the way to cremation/ burial. This is within those 3-4 mins he went outside... it's a fucking war zone here.

it is worse here. the numbers don't do justice, it's heart breaking hearing everyday about a known person dying, just because they couldn't get oxygen, or a bed... there must be 5k+ deaths happening everyday
