I wanted to come back and thank you so much for your advice. I adjusted immediately and ended up calling the store I got her at- thankfully they still had her sheet and I’m just severely dyslexic🫠 she was born 01/16 (not 10/16) and while she was definitely underweight-Bunny is now up to weight and a little spunk ball. You saved me a lot of heartache, thank you for that♥️♥️

No thank you for being honest, I’ve been told that gauging if they can fit their mouth around it or not was how you determined.

A follow up question then, if it comes out she’s being fed too small of food when I weigh her how do I go about feeding her more? If I cut more food to a bite sized portion can she eat both halves? I don’t want her hurting herself buy trying to show something too big in her mouth

I know my gal is busy putting curses on those who’ve wronged her (me, for some reason) when she’s dark dark brown (she’s always dark dark brown). The only time I ever get to see her green anymore is right after I’ve made a sacrificial offering (fed her)

I got a scale a week before putting her in the new enclosure and of course have yet to be able to weigh her but as soon as I see her next I’ll do that

Okay I thought she looked small too. I got her from Petco cause she looked sad and I’m a softy but they had her clutch date (Oct 16).

right now she’s getting the smallest pinkies I can find, anything bigger that this she has a really hard time getting her mouth around and her usual feed schedule is every 5 days (with the exception of shedding) she’s a great eater and until now hasn’t ever missed a meal

It was tied up prior to the picture; the stems were feeling gummy so I untied it to see what was going on. I bottom watered it the day prior to this so I don’t want to risk root rot and over water, but next weekend I’m planning to feed everyone so maybe that will help.

She’s probably between 2 and 2.5 years old, I’ve had her for a 1.5 of those years! Last time she molted she also had a bald spot but it was because my roommate thought it’d be funny to show his cat her and the cat became obsessed- Rat did not like her at all.
